For fans bringing their own scanners, good news! OTA (Over-The-Air) programming will be available at the COTA NASCAR event. This service allows you to quickly and easily program your scanner with the necessary cars tour scanner frequencies directly at the track. If you encounter any difficulty picking up the OTA signal, simply put your scanner in programming mode and move closer to the designated Racing Electronics locations. Our team will be on hand to assist and ensure you’re ready to listen to all the crucial race communications.

Looking to rent a scanner for the NASCAR race? Racing Electronics has you covered! 2025 NASCAR scanner rentals are now available. Renting a scanner provides you with access to uncensored communication from every race team, or you can choose to tune into the official radio broadcast. Secure your scanner rental today and guarantee you catch every strategic call and driver update throughout the race.

It’s important to note that for IndyCar series events in 2025, Racing Electronics will not have a trackside presence and will not be providing OTA programming. IndyCar has selected a different radio provider for this season. Consequently, Racing Electronics will not have access to driver frequencies to offer over-the-air programming at IndyCar events. However, if you have a manually programmed scanner, it will still function at IndyCar races, allowing you to listen to available frequencies.

For those interested in cars tour scanner frequencies for IndyCar events, you can find the frequencies listed in the “SPOTTER GUIDE” section under “FAN RESOURCES” on the IndyCar event schedule page. Typically, these frequencies are posted during race week. Check the spotter guide to download or view the frequencies associated with each driver’s car graphic, ensuring you’re tuned in to your favorite teams and drivers.
