Return Policy for Pontiac GTO Holden Conversion Parts
All returns must be authorized by Maverick Man Inc. within 30 days of the original purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL for OEM Factory Parts from GM, Holden, and other manufacturers. This also applies to special or custom orders involving wait times, color application, or custom fitment (e.g., wheels, wheel spacers, gauges, car covers).
Electronics not made to order have a 15-day return policy, excluding warranty claims. All sales are final at the checkout price. No refunds are offered for subsequent price drops, including Black Friday sales.
A 25% restocking fee and a 3% credit card processing fee (if applicable) apply to returns not related to product defects, disclaimer clauses, or incorrect orders. Additional charges may apply if the manufacturer’s restocking fee exceeds 25% for custom items. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the returned item must be factory sealed, unused, and unopened. Items not meeting these conditions will be considered used, and no refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number. Insurance is recommended. Damage during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Defective or damaged items upon arrival will be handled on a case-by-case basis by Maverick Man Inc. and/or the manufacturer. All defective items MUST BE RETURNED before a replacement or refund is issued. Customers must file a claim with the shipper upon receiving a damaged item to document the damage. Maverick Man Inc. is not responsible for the initial claim with the shipping company. Subsequent claims will be handled by Maverick Man Inc. or the manufacturer.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges or incorrect orders. These costs must be paid before the exchange or replacement is shipped. If a product is deemed defective by Maverick Man Inc. or the manufacturer, a replacement will be provided. NO REPLACEMENT WILL BE SENT UNTIL THE FULL RMA PROCESS IS COMPLETED. Each manufacturer has its own warranty and processing timeframe.
If the returned item is found not to be defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Retain all original packaging until you are certain the item will not be returned. This includes the box, wood supports, bubble wrap, cardboard, plastic wrap, and styrofoam. Returns must be shipped in the original packaging.
