The BOSS (Bolt-On Speed Solution) kit centers around a custom-designed CHRA (Center Housing Rotating Assembly) housed within a proprietary CTS exhaust housing. This meticulously crafted housing ensures compatibility with any exhaust downpipe. Its meticulously engineered 0.63AR scroll area maximizes boost response and eliminates potential restrictions. Unlike other manufacturers who compromise performance by utilizing stock housings with larger turbos, CTS Turbo’s innovative approach guarantees optimal airflow and power delivery.
Custom oil and water lines simplify installation and ensure seamless operation. Proprietary molded silicon hoses connect the turbo to the turbo outlet pipe and intake. While currently optimized for the CTS Turbo intake, other intakes may be compatible with some adjustments. The BOSS 600 supports stock, CTS Turbo, or other billet diverter/blow-off valves. Compatibility is currently limited to OEM or CTS Turbo outlet pipes.
