User Eligibility and Responsibilities
Users under 18 require parental consent. Users aged 13-17 can use the site with parental supervision and agreement to these terms. FrontRunner Professional reserves the right to refuse or suspend service at any time, for any reason. “Campaign Organizers” are those raising funds; “Campaigns” are their fundraising efforts. “Donors” contribute funds; “Donations” are their contributions. “Users” encompasses all visitors.
Services Provided and Limitations
This platform facilitates fundraising for Barry Lundgren’s memorial. While free to set up, fees apply to each donation, covering service and payment processing costs. FrontRunner Professional may modify or discontinue services without notice and is not liable for data loss. Standard carrier charges may apply for mobile access.
Donations and Tax Deductibility
Donations are not tax-deductible charitable contributions. FrontRunner Professional acts as a payment facilitator, not a charity, and does not solicit donations for itself or any charitable institution.
Platform Functionality and Disclaimer
This platform solely facilitates payments between Campaign Organizers and Donors. FrontRunner Professional is not a party to any agreement between them, nor a broker, agent, financial institution, creditor, or insurer. FrontRunner Professional has no control over Campaign Organizer conduct or information and disclaims liability in this regard. We do not guarantee campaign success or endorse any campaign’s quality, safety, or legality. Donors are solely responsible for their donation decisions and tax implications.
Campaign Information and Verification
FrontRunner Professional does not verify Campaign Organizer information or guarantee donation usage aligns with stated purposes. We assume no responsibility for verifying compliance with applicable laws.
User Registration and Privacy
Registration may be required for certain features. Users agree to provide accurate information. Campaign Organizers must register with their true identities. Our Privacy Policy governs registration data. Users under 13 are not authorized to use the services. Users under 18 require parental approval. Third-party service registration (e.g., payment processors) may also be required.
Donation Display and Privacy

Donation Payment and Fees
Donors must provide valid credit card or payment information. A minimum donation amount may apply, and all payments are final and non-refundable. Donors authorize recurring billing until terminated. FrontRunner Professional retains 4% of each donation. Third-party payment processors charge additional fees: 2.9% + $0.30 per donation for VISA, MasterCard, or Discover; 3.4% + $0.30 for American Express (for both US and CA users). Fees are deducted from donations and not reflected in the withdrawable amount. Fee changes will be announced at least 14 days prior.
Indemnification and Liability
Users agree to indemnify FrontRunner Professional and its affiliates against any losses, damages, expenses, and claims arising from service use, donations, campaigns, or violation of these terms. California residents waive California Civil Code Section 1542.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Service use is at your sole risk. The service is provided “as is.” FrontRunner Professional disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee service uninterruptedness, accuracy, reliability, or donation remittance to beneficiaries.
Limitation of Liability
FrontRunner Professional and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses. Total liability is limited to the amount paid to FrontRunner Professional in the last six months, not exceeding $100.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration governed by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, except for small claims court actions. Arbitration will occur in Chicago, Illinois, unless otherwise agreed. Class-action lawsuits are prohibited.
